1 Definitions & Interpretations

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" refers to 47c77's website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on the 47c77 platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal profile and financial information on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional offers, cashback, or rewards provided by 47c77.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and entertainment activities offered by 47c77.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the 47c77 platform:

• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• The mobile banking account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the platform account.
• Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, 47c77 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and request additional verification.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4 Welcome Bonus & Promotional Offers

47c77 offers a welcome bonus for new members. Please read the following conditions carefully before claiming any bonus:

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Wagering Requirement: Bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets required before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳10,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus (capped at the maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
• Each user may claim the bonus benefit only once.
• If a breach of bonus rules is detected, the bonus and all winnings earned through it will be voided.
• 47c77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

47c77's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's continued activity and participation on the platform. Cashback funds are credited directly to the user's account. The amounts and conditions of VIP benefits are set by 47c77 and are subject to change.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 47c77 platform:

• Assisting minors in accessing or using the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Placing coordinated bets or running strategic activities with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Using fraud, hacking, software manipulation, or any other dishonest method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to legitimize funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing other users or engaging in any abusive behavior.
• Conducting transactions through third-party mobile banking accounts.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent closure of the relevant account, and the balance may be forfeited.

7 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, and other materials on the 47c77 platform are the exclusive property of 47c77. These materials:

• May not be copied, distributed, modified, or reproduced for any purpose.
• Require written permission for use in any commercial context.
• Limited permission applies for personal, non-commercial use, but attribution is mandatory.

Unauthorized use of 47c77's trademarks or brand identity will result in legal action.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

• Gaming outcomes or results of bets — all outcomes are determined through a neutral and random process.
• A user's lack of awareness of applicable local laws.

47c77's total liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

47c77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information during registration.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion process).

If any valid balance exists before or after account closure, it will be returned through the designated process once verification is complete. However, bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited in cases of a breach.
